Blue Screen
I have not seen any posts with my problem, so here goes. I have had this
problem for well over a year and it does not happen every time I am using the
dumputer. I can be connected remotely to my office computer (with GoToMyPc)
or I can not be connected at all to the internet and just working at home on
Word or Works, I can be printing and it happens, the blue screen with the
message: "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
Problem caused by Device Driver
You received this message because a device driver installed on your computer
caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This type of error
is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you to restart your
computer.
C:\DOCUME~1\AB0926~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER58c6.dir00\M ini082507-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\AB0926~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER58c6.dir00\s ysdata.xml
Error code 000000fe, parameter1 00000005, parameter2 85de60e0, parameter3
10330035, parameter4 85026f90."

I have wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP (Home Edition). I
have checked the Device Manager for any type of error, nothing. I have had a
new hard drive installed (bigger anyway). I have a Verizon pc card and have
removed that temporarily and still get the message.
I have asked the Tech people at Staples. I have come on this forum before
and was advised that it possible could be the memory and advised to use a
program like MemTest and using that program have been advised that it was
probably my RAM. So disgusted, I spent the extra money and had new RAM
installed and fat, dumb and happy used the computer and all of a sudden, the
freakin blue screen again. Oh, and also, I, of course have the option of
sending a report to Microsoft for an answer and there never is one.
Sorry, for the length of this message/request, but I am all out of ideas of
what to try. Please help!
