Can Autoroute be run from the hard disk instead of the CD drive.?

Alcohol 52% (free) can mount an image of the CD (held on your hard disk)
as a virtual CD drive. I use Nero .nrg images, but .iso files are also
supported. So then Autoroute wouldn't know.
