Widos explorer not connecting to the net.

I am encountering a problem with explorer not connecting through these ports.
can anyone tell me how to fix

You are of course expecting us to guess at what ports!
Your are aware that Widos(sig) Explorer doe not connect to the internet? Internet Explorer does
that.
