Okay, What you are downloading is a zip file. A Zip file can contain
any number of files, all collected together. Its easier to distribute
because they all travel together. If you give the zip to john doe, he
will get all the pieces since they are always all in that zip file.
And the zip file is smaller in size. Sometimes less than 1/4 the size
in extreme conditions. Thus making it more efficient for transporting
over the internet.
Windows XP has built in support to extract the zip file. Or you have to
install a 3rd party unzipper. Lets stay with XP for now. So what you
need to do is download load it, remember where you saved it, find it in
windows explorer and then right click on it. There will be an option to
extract. If possible extract to a new folder just so you don't get it
confused with other files. Like if you downloaded to C:\downloads,
then unzip into c:\downloads\lunabar. Now if you open the lunabar
folder you will see some exe or setup or install program. Now you can
follow the websites directions.
