I don't want Video Thumbnails

Any way of setting Windows XP so that it will never show video thumbnails?

GPU: GeCube ATI X1950Pro 512MB FZ HDCP Edition
PSU: Enermax Galaxy 850W
HDD: 2.43TB over 5 Western Digital Discs
