PS2.exe warning message

I keep getting an error warning message saying "PS2.exe has experienced
some problems and will have to close...". The options "Debug" and
"Close". This usually happens sortly after I change web pages. I always
select "Debug" and the system seems to operate normally.

Re: PS2.exe warning message
If you do a google search it appears to be a Hewlett Packard file. Is your
PC from HP or do you have HP hardware. Sorry I can't offer any resolution.

Re: PS2.exe warning message
Hi Nell,
Yes, I've learned that ps2.exe is normally an HP file regarding
the hotkey features, but the file isn't located in the HP program folder, it
is in Windows Sys32 folder. I'm afraid its some sort of malware or virus,
etc.

Can anyone help to eliminate whatever causes this problem. The error
message pops up when I'm using realplayer and closes the program improperly,
which in turn corrupts the program and library files. I'd really like to
learn how to prevent my playlists from being lost due to file corruption from
whatever unknown causes.

thanks for your post
