Slow Printing Problem - New Twist!

One of my users - like many other people out there - is having the
issue where if they select "file -> Print" from just about any
application on their machine, it is taking 30 to 60 seconds for the
Print Dialog Box to appear.

We are using ALL network printers that are printing via SMB and using
Unix Based (LPR Port) printing, and all of us ar using WinXP Pro an an
Active Directory environment.

No other users on any other machines are experiencing this problem.

And now for the twist!...

Other users on the SAME MACHINE are NOT experiencing this problem!

Could there be something corrupt with this users profile? (NO, we are
not using roaming profiles!)

If so, how to find and correct the problem?

All suggestions appreciated.
