helpsvc.exe sometimes uses 100% of cpu

I see that many times a proccess with the name Helpsvc.exe (I think) is using
100% of CPU. Is this normal?

No! Try to find what is loading that file.

Click start---run---type in msconfig---click ok. In the start up folder,
what is listed?
