You CMOS battery is dead.
If you have a desktop computer, that battery will be on the main system printed wiring board
(motherboard).
It would look like a typical watch battery, about the size of a nickel. (most likely a #2032
series).
you can buy these at any store that has a good battery selection.
It will pop out of its holder and you just pop a new one in.
If you have a laptop computer, you are going to have to get a detailed manual on the computer to
find it and it most likely will have to be purchased a well stocked computer store. I would
recommend you have a tech replace it. It will not be easy to replace.
