Upload Manager Error report

I have XP SP2.
In my Eventviewer>System the last few days it shows the following error ID
7000:
"The Upload Manager service failed to start due to the following error: The
account specified for this service is different from the account specified
for other services running in the same process".

In "Services" it shows that it logs on as "Network service" and changing it
to "Local Service" does not make any difference, it still fails to start and
when trying to start it I receive the following message; Error 1079.The
account specified for this service is different from the account specified
for other services running in the same process.

I don't know where else to check for services and accounts they use and how
to correct the problem. Could someone please advise.
