snap powerdown !?
Wow, it happens a lot to me!
How to save or to restore the programs and the very same working
situation in which i was the very same time the power went off !?
It's that second when i have all things opened up and working, and
than...power snaps...hrrggg.
Is there a handy solution? Without considering ups solution?

What programs are you talking about? Browser? E-mail client? Word
processor?
Word processors like Winword can be set to autosave at certain intervals.
You should also save your work regularly.
You can download "session managers" or "session savers" for certain
browsers, such as Firefox. These will help you to easily find the page you
were reading last.

My APC UPS has a background program that will save open files and shut
down after a set interval without power.A UPS is not expensive.

Thanks, i'll look up session term, maybe find out something new, is as i
had heard for some utility or some kind of windows addon. Nevertheless,
ups is also a good solution.
Thanks.

Not that will handle all the possible situations cleanly. You really
need a UPS if the grid isn't reliable in your area. They are not real
expensive. You only have to power your PC and monitor with them;
everything else can be powered as they are now, directly from the
outlets.

Yea, maybe it's a good idea, for security reasons etc. to try out some
ups, agree.
