Windows XP Home doesn't come with Group Policy Editor, hence the error.
You can however download and install GPEdit from the following link;
http://files.filefront.com/GPEdit+Fi.../fileinfo.html
This is a .zip file download and the instructions for installing Group
Policy Editor are in a file called "Read This.txt" in the GPEdit folder
within the .zip file.
Note that part of the installation process involves registering the
..dlls that come with it and one of the .dlls fails registration, however
GPEdit will still run just fine.
