Hi

I am sorry my question are very novice but i wanted to know that
i checked port 3389 by runing netstat -an | find /i 3389
and it shows it is listening
My question is how do i enable or disable a port on a pc or do i do it on a
firewall?

can anyone please help?

How to block specific network protocols and ports by using IPSec
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813878
And yes you can by using a firewall to block any port that not needed.
