If you have a handler for the file like a JPG file uses Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer by default.

If that fails, then save the attachemnts and then find it and open it in
windows explorer.

Since you gave us no idea what email program you are using and what type
of attachments you have, this is about the best I've got for you.
