DRM Corrupt
I have a problem playing or transferring some of my media to my MP3 Player
and with playing the Amazon Video Player. When I attempt to do so, I receive
an error message that my DRM is corrupt. I have gone through several steps
to try to correct this, but to no avail. Each time I have been directed to
the Microsoft DRM Security Upgrade page, but the button is inaccessible. It
is grayed out. Also, when I tracked my DRM folder under C:\documents and
settings\all users\drm it is also grayed out. Why am I having this problem
and cannot upgrade from the Microsoft website?
