Installation of New Win XP

Hi,

Somehow i've managed my laptop to not find the contents on a win xp
installation cd. Both in windows AND if you try to boot from the CD it wont
find the installation. In windows it manages the CD as empty. (And i know
it's not empty since i've tried running it on another computer where it
works just fine.)

Meaby it has got something to do with a previous installation that failed
because of some broken file, i dont know.

Please help me out with this.
