permission problems

2 or more times a day while I'm using my computer I get this -you do not have
permission.. .contact the administrator-.. .message,and I'm the only user of
my computer.The appearance of my pictures & documents changes somewhat & I
can't do anything except to either restart,or manually shut down & restart
after starting up again.After restarts all is operating normally,but after
some time the situation occurs again.Can anyone help me resolve this problem?
