no help and support
I have windows xp home edition and when I click on the help and support
center there is nothing...nothing opens...Help

When I clicked on the url and clicked on line 235 it saved to my desktop,
but once I clicked on that an error came up as is : windows cannot find
helpctr.exe.....

The file might be located in a different folder, so the registry repair
won't see the file. What is the path to Helpctr.exe on your system? Do
a search and post the complete path to any folder it's stored in.
