ie 8
anyone using internet explorer 8 with xp? i downloaded 8 and now, my
browser wont open as i get an error signature message.

can i post the error here, in hopes of help, or is there another newsgroup
that would be more fitting?

No, nobody is using it, because it hasn't been released yet.

No, you downloaded a beta version of IE8.

Errors with beta versions are common, and should be expected. Unless
you have a spare machine to play on, running beta software is always a
dangerous thing to do.

Beats me. I have no experience with it.

If you don't get an answer here, you would likely do much better with
your question in a newsgroup for betas.
