Unmountable_boot_volume

When ever i start my PC i get a BSOD with the error
"UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME". I am running a nForce4 stripe raid array, and
its little utility on startup reports the array as 'healthy'

My idea was to boot into the recovery console and repair the
installation. When the XP disk boots I push F6 and install nvraid.sys as
you should. The problem is when the installation gets to the stage where
it says "Windows is starting..." it hangs. If I run the installation
WITHOUT installing the RAID drivers, I can get to the recovery console,
but windows cannot see my array...

How can i get to the recovery console? Or what else can i do?

Thanks
