File removal

I have Roxio CD/DVD Creator 6 installed and I am trying to uninstall it.
I use the control panel removal app and it will not uninstall it. I
tried to delete it manuall that does not work it says file is in use.
I tried the unlocker program and still can't get it removed. Everytime
I use these programs the computer locks up and I have to do a manual
shut down. Please help?

Yes still will not let me remove it says in safe mode that I am not
allowed to do that

What about trying to reinstall/repair the installation then try the removal,
by the looks of it the installer is corrupt or damaged.

Please read the help file with it and it does have a feature under tool for
uninstalling apps, use it.
