Windows Font Settings

All, I have toyed with the fonts in the desktop menus and have everything just where I need them with the exception of the following in Outlook ...the font in the Inbox header area where the "From", "Subject", "Email Account", "Received", and "Size" headings is too small. How do I get this one font set bigger? Any ideas?
