Help with Errors

I am running Windows XP with SP2. When attempting to update Windows I receive
the following Error Code (0x80072EE7). When attempting to install the .net
framework 1.1 Service Pack I recieve an Error of 0x80240022. I am computer
challenged and need all the help I can get!

You may receive an "Error 0x80072EE2," "Error 0x80072EE7," "Error 0x80072EFD," "Error
0x80072F76," or "Error 0x80072F78" error message when you try to use the Windows
Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site
