Tried the small patch file. No luck.
Tried the update once again and this time took note of where it stops and
rolls back the update. Goes through update and installs new files, then it
says it's "updating registry keys." Stop! That's when I get the "Access
Denied" and it tries to roll back the upgrade and when it's done it then
says "your system may not function normally." Good thing I have an image of
the drive or I'd probable have to reinstall XP.
