RDC and local printers

I am trying to get the printers on the local machine to be available to the
remote machine, i have been able to do this on a number of other machines no
problem but on one even with the reg fix it still won't allow the printers to
be seen. It does however allow the document viewer to be seen which isn't
much use when you want to print!
Do i need a copy of the printer drivers on the remote machine to allow it to
see the printers?

You need to enable sharing on the PC with the printer attached. The peer PC
should then be able to find it (under network printers) by clicking browse.
It's only once it has found it that the driver issue arises and in my
experience, has installed the printer driver automatically.
