remove a spam message from ms outlook
I got two messages saying that it can not open. I tried repair, but said to
put in the profess.2000 disc. I have a Dell 3000 and it came with office. Can
someone please tell how to remove these messages. The message
C:\progra~1\spambl~1\bin\484~1.0\sbolext.dll I sure can use some help. I am
using XP Home.

Your machine may be infected by Hotbar or other malware variants, so please
check your system thoroughly by performing these cleaning steps:

Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
