WinSock2 looses the ISP address
When I switch off my computer I also switch off the broadband modem, which is
connected via ethernet-cable.

After a new start I switch the modem on after I have logged in. Only two
times out of ten times, the modem connects to the provider. The message at
the taskbar is Looking for ISP address. I have to restart with swtiched on
modem that it can connect. In those 8 times the info at net-connnections show
that at ISP the address is 0.0.0.0. in stead of 192.168.1.3.
I have tried switching the modem off before closing sown, after closing
down, to disable and then re-enable. Nothing helped!!

I am frustrated. Any ideas about the munching program?
Similar things happen als with the Windows standard Sound Device.

Thanks in advance.

Nati
