RUNDLL32.EXE

Hello,
I have encountered a problem with an error message that says" Run a Dll as
an app has encountered a problem and needs to close", and then it shuts down
and brings me back to my desktop. Rundll 32.dll Mod name:gdiplus.dll Mod
version5.1.3102.2180 Offset 0048030 app version 5.1.260.2180.

This problem happens when I try to save pictures from email, attach
documents, change firewalls, etc.

Can anyone direcxt me in a direction that might help me!
