i can not reset my password

hay i set up a new account 2days ago and now it wont let me sign in with the
password that i created. when i go to reset it it wont accept my location
or secret answer please help someone
i have tried sending the reset password app to my other email but its doesnt
work and i feel like im going around in circles .
could someone please contact me regaurding this matter
