error code 80072745-can't sign in

Hi!

I get this error code (80072745) each time I try to sign in from win live
messenger V 2008 8.5.1302.1018.

I do the repair, but that all seems to be correct.

I notice that others are having problems with different error
codes, but I don't see any one with this specific error.

The only firewalls that I have, are the ones that come with win
xp.

Can some one please help me ith this?
