help in remote assistance plz

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH REMOTE ASSISTANCE
FIRST,THE PERSON OFFERED THE REQUEST OF THE REMOTE ASSISTANCE TO ME AND
IT WORKED SUCCESSFULLY
AFTER I ENTERED TO HIS PC , I UNINSTALLED THE INTERNET EXPLORER 7
UNFORTUNATELY ,HE TRIED TO SEND ME A LOT OF REQUESTS FOR REMOTE
ASSISTANCE BUT THE IT DIDNT WORK AFTER THAT
IT SHOWS AN ERROR MESSAGE TO ME AFTER HIS OFFER AND MY
ACCEPTANCE..PLEASE TO HELP ME

Greetings,

Which error is it showing? If it's the standard "name could not be resolved" error, then you
simply aren't able to connect to him -- perhaps he installed a software firewall or router on
his network or similar.
