Msn replacement

Hello

I am growing borred of msn and all its adds, looking for something a
bit lighter, with similar support.

I have a google email account and would like to use a messenger that
supports google, msn, yahoo etc.

I did download a few but couldnt get any of them working.

Does anyone use a good one?
