Narration

Id like to add narration that resembles a "directors commentary" track as you
would see on a DVD Movie. Is that possible. Im reading all these disclaimers
about narration and it says you cant add anything when the AUDi0/Music track
is being used. Is there a work around? other than making a second copy of the
movie and deleting the audio music track?
