How do you do Chroma key (i.e. green or blue screen) in Movie Make

How do you do Chroma key (i.e. green or blue screen) in Movie Maker?

I see some methods in youtube, but would like something more authoritative.
Does it matter if you are using MM2 or MM2.1?
