No such interface supported

Whenever I try to capture video Move Maker displays a dialog box that says
"no such interface supported". When I click Ok it dismisses the Capture Video
form so I can't even change the interface to try and correct the error. So, I
can't capture video. It happens every time I try to capture video. Has anyone
had this problem and have a solution? Thanks in advance.

What are you trying to connect and what are you trying to connect with?

IE, What make model of cam and what type of cable.
