Group policy

Hi
I'm running XP and have Moviemaker installed. I can view my movie files but
Moviemaker tells me I cannot burn a dvd due to Group Policy. I've looked in
the Help and tried to set the policy to enable me to burn onto discs but
cannot find where to enable it. Can anyone please help.
