"Capture from Video Device" missing under version 6.0

"Capture from Video Device" missing under version 6.0

I had the option under version 2.1 and have used it for some time.
On new computer with new Movie Maker 6.0 I only see "From digital video
camera" I am unable to use my Pinnacle device.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
