I might double-post this, because I didn't see it appear when I posted it a
moment ago.

I've accelerated the Hardware, then de-accelerated it, recopied the source
files and changed them to AVI, even tried making the overall file smaller
(it's only a 4 minute video!) but I still cannot save the movie to my
computer! Control + L does nothing, it keeps saying the program cannot do
it, but will not specify why. ACK!

What sort of avi did you convert to?

It's possible that the type you have isn't compatible with MM.

If it isn't a dv.avi, convert it to wmv and try again.
