Trouble with Windows Movie Maker Audio/Music
(The following problem is on Windows XP Professional.) I have a problem with
Windows Movie Maker 2.1.4026.0. When I import audio/music, I can't hear it.
I've checked all the volume options, and everything seems fine. For some
reason, the imported audio/music is silent. What should I do?

You may have some incompatibility issues
with your source files. Have a look at the

Maybe you could do a system restore to
a time when it did work...and then figure
out what was installed / updated that caused
the problem.

Re: Trouble with Windows Movie Maker Audio/Music
wow, thats a horrible idea, that wont help at all.

i have the same problem, its just when you click play and try to preview it,
if you save the whole video as if your done, the sound plays. it has nothing
to do with doing a system restore, or source files, its a problem with the
wmm itsself.
