downloading an update for spiral frog

I downloaded spiral frog manager ok,but when I try to download the songs, it
says my drm isn't updated, to go 2 microsoft and update, the update button is
gray and gives no solution to what to do, I have updated interne t explorer 7
and reinstalled media player 11, any help would be appreciated.

DRM is Digital Rights Management,either youre license with spiral frog has
expired,or you have no contract with them to play the music.IE7 & WMP really
are not involved,chk youre account status at spiral frog.

I am a user not a developer and my status is as a customer, still says active
x not allowed to update from microsoft how do I do that
