Where can I go to download individual mps or Wma tunes that I just pay for
the tune not a monthly fee?

Don't confuse shareware with p2p sites. Byte's reply is valid. eMule is
another example......

Google and you'll find as many pay sites as you want.

Rule number two when connected to the web is : have a good antivirus than
canpick up any suspect files.

Its like safe sex : protect yourself and all will be well !
