Adding music to my Windows media library and Media center 2005
I attempted to get rid of my duplicate music files and in doing so all my
music has been inadvertently deleted from my music library. The music is
still in my Document Folder but for some reason when I try to add songs to
my Media Player and to my Media Center 2005 I get a message that these songs
cannot be found. I am using Windows XP Pro with Media Center 2005. If I go to
my music files and click on a song Windows Media Player will play the song
but will not add it to my library. Help will be appreciated.

In WMP,go to tools, options, locate "add music to library when played"..
Also, open help, locate "search pc for media files",WMP will auto add all...

RE: Adding music to my Windows media library and Media center 2005
I checked and "add music to library when played" is checked. When I search
for media files I get the message that media files cannot be located.
