DRM/Rhapsody Errors

I have used Rhapsody for several years, and just recently have
experienced problems with downloading music and getting it to play,
while in Rhapsody. After spending about eight hours with a Rhapsody
helpdesk employee, I got nowhere, in fact I went backwards because I now
cannot even log into Rhapsody. After numerous attempts to fix the
problem proved futile, I was told to unistall Rhapsody, then reinstall
it. When I try to reinstall the program I get an error message stating
that Rhapsody is unable to install the required (DRM) components. I
have tried to update my Windows components by following this link,
http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/...en/indivit.asp,
however when I try to upgrade I get an error message stating that I
cannot upgrade.

I don't know what to do and it seems like no one else does either.

Please help me out if you can.
