New Hotfix KB941644 & 943485 trouble?

after computer gets updated with the recent MS security updates, it restarted
and got into Network Internal Error Issues. it gave a error message the one
like "Internal Error: The request is not supported" when I requested for
'ipconfig' to get my ipaddress.
However, it worked fine after removing / uninstalling the patches from
Add/Remove programs.
My question is, this occured only in a few computers say 5/100 computers on
a single network. though these systems has .Net and SQL Server installed very
common like all the other computers that has the same softwares installed.
