One click Traffic capture

When i try to create a network capture file with on click traffic capture it
returns the folowing error in the console window:
Initializing Microsoft Network Monitor 3.1
Unable to determine the location of the Microsoft Network Monitor

This script wil now abort.

Any help on this? Thank you in advance.
