The LLTD Responder for Windows XP is useful, but it won't solve your actual
problems.
I'd look first for a personal firewall, or other security program, blocking file
sharing traffic. What anti-virus program do you use?

Then, I'd diagnose the problem, using logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig
/all", "net config server", and "net config workstation", from each computer.

(Download browstat, and note how to start a command window, in Vista, to run
