LAN Vs LAN
today I seen a pc with a master computer browser issue where the pc on the
LAN was getting the master browser msg from a PC on another LAN in another
building in another company!

I have not seen this happen before. Although I was able to simply shut down
the broswer service on this PC I am curious why this happened and if others
have seen this.

Re: LAN Vs LAN
We need more information to help. Do you have WINS on both sites?

Re: LAN Vs LAN
no wins

these are basically out of the box pc's. The pc in the other business/office
is a laptop not even on a network.
