Windows XP Networking Problem
We have 2 computers in a peer-to-peer network.

Computer 1 - Windows XP Pro
Computer 2 - Windows XP Home

Following upgrade to Service Pack 3, we are unable to Browse the Network.

It takes a long time to disply the workgroup name.

We get the following message:

"Worgroup is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the network administrator of this server to find
out if you have access permissions. The network path was not found".

This happens from both computers.

Your help is appreciated.

Regards,

Guido

It could ne 3rd party security software issue. This search result may help.

XP SP3 IssuesWe have received some reports that some security software may
not work after install XP SP3. You may want to check there is a new update
for the software ...
