(or NT 4.0). What OS is on the computer in question?
Your question would be clearer if you didn't try so hard to obscure
things.
What is the name of the window you're looking at (exactly)?
What are the titles of the icons (exactly)?
Right-click the icon that concerns you, select "Properties" and
copy/paste what appears as the "Target" into your response.
