Windows Installer
I was wondering if anyone could help me. My computer has lost the Windows
Installer in Outlook. I have tried to insert the CD rom but it will not load
the installer. Does anyone have any idea how I can retrieve the installer.
The computer says that I do not even have the msiexec/unregister or the
msiexec/regserver.

Thanks for your help.

RE: Windows Installer
A new installation probably will not fix this until you go to run, type:
msiexec /unregister Return to run,type:msiexec /regserver
Then return to run, type:services.msc Scroll to installer,double-click,set
to "auto-start" start service,close out.If you update after this,you'll
need to
reset services.msc
